These guys are the best in the business I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. We had a deer jump in front of our 2024 Subaru Forester and they fixed it very quickly and the quality was unbeatable. Also brought my 2017 Ram ProMaster 1500 in for rear collision and they dealt with the insurance company for a couple months — even though the van was not worth fixing they signed the check over for me to purchase another vehicle.

I am extremely happy with the customer service I received. I had backed into something and dented my bumper, they got me in right away. Another repair shop gave me an outrageous estimate, but Local Body fixed it in less than 10 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. I’ve never experienced this level of kindness or service before. Thank you so much!!

We sideswiped the rear passenger door of our Ford Explorer and the team at The Local Body Shop did an amazing job with the repairs. We received a same day quote despite showing up without an appointment, they were great with communication and accommodated our need to drop off/pick up outside of business hours due to our jobs. The job looks amazing and the color match is perfect, not to mention out of the 3 quotes we received they were the best price. Chris & Dan were great throughout the process.

So grateful for Dan and Tristan at the Local Body Shop. Dan worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get resolution for my son’s Audi S5, communicated with me every step of the way and Tristan did amazing body work. Dan was empathetic as he knew how important the car was to our son and did everything he could to get it back to him as quickly as possible. This is our 2nd time using them for repairs. Won’t ever use anyone else!

Very friendly and helpful and easy to work with! I was recommended by Parker Subaru, and I was quite happy with the work done on my WRX. They were happy for me to bring my car back in when I wasn’t quite satisfied with the alignment of my bumper. They were also very patient and flexible when figuring out insurance and a rental car. Would recommend!

Dan and Chris and the team at The Local Body Shop did a great job caring for our Toyota after a minor accident. Timely and very reasonable estimate, patient while dealing with an insurance company and our schedules, and totally prompt, highest quality repairs, service and communications! The Toyota looks brand new! And they even went above and beyond removing some dog paw scratches off the bumper near the accident site.

Best of the best! If you take your vehicle anywhere else for repair, you’ll be doing yourself a disservice! High quality work and honest management.

They provided the best cost estimate among several body shops in Coeur d’Alene, were able to take the car in for work almost immediately, finished the car within the timeline they estimated, responded promptly to any questions, and stayed in communication throughout the entire process. Dan and his brother are awesome! They did such a great job on our car and for a reasonable price! The turn around was so quick. They also washed our car which we did not expect at all, that was awesome of them. So glad we found them and will def be giving them business in the future!!!

These guys did such an amazing job, I would never consider going anywhere else after how well they did. I had a minor chip/scratch on my Raptor and they completed the job within a week, zero issues, and matched the metallic grey paint with perfection. I was, and still am beyond happy to have trusted this shop with the repairs. Insanely good quality work.

Came to this shop to have some work done. The paint they did required a lot of detail to small intricate parts. They came out amazing and look great, they updated me throughout the process and were very friendly. I will now be only coming to this shop for all my vehicles. This place was AWESOME! Dan was so nice and easy to work with. I’m always a little weary about getting any kind of work done on my vehicle because I’m someone who doesn’t know a lot about vehicles in general. Dan made the whole process very easy and was super knowledgeable. He was upfront, honest and open about what needed to be done. Will 100% return and recommend him!

I work around the corner and came into the shop to get an estimate on replacing my front and back lights. I had the lights already and would just need installation. The quote was barely anything. When I picked up the truck they replaced everything perfectly. These guys are true professionals and a real community business. Honest, professional, and reliable.

I want to give a shout out to The Local Body Shop. They are fantastic! A lady backed straight into me and damaged both passenger doors. We were referred to the shop by someone who knows all the body shops in the area and boy, was he right. They handled everything with insurance and my car looks like new. Great integrity and customer service!

I have used The local body shop for two of my vehicles now. Both being about a year + now, the body work and paint look amazing and have stood the test of time as well which I feel is EXTREMELY important when getting work done. They were professional, timely, and provided excellent service.

The workers are excellent. Body and paint is a 10/10 you can't even tell the door was dented. If you need body work and/or paint work done I recommend taking it here.

My uncle had an accident, and I searched for a nearby body shop. I'm not a big fan of the corporate body shops and wanted a local business. After reading their reviews and seeing one of my friends had reviewed them I chose The Local Body Shop. They did amazing work and provided excellent service.

I'm extremely happy with my experience having my Subaru repaired by Dan and his team. I was broadsided by a deer which smashed the driver's side door so it wouldn't open, and I didn't have collision insurance. Dan was able to source a used door and fix everything perfectly.

The Local Body Shop lives up to its slogan of striving to "be of value." It was a very positive experience to work with Dan and his courteous employees.

Dan is an awesome guy and does great work. He got me in quickly when other body shops were months out. He was very honest and kept me updated the whole time my car was in the shop. Hands down the best body shop in town.

When it comes to auto painting, Dan is the Man! My car was suffering from a small, but deep scratch. When Dan told me what it would take to fix, I was skeptical about the outcome, which he said would be like new. The paint was a two tone and it came out perfect. You can't even tell it was touched!

Had the bumper on my Lexus repainted for some cosmetic issues and it came out perfect, can't tell it was ever touched. These guys rock I would trust them with any work from collision to custom you're in great hands.
